We are not just “passing the buck”, we are handing out the dough, effective July 1, 2009 – May 1, 2010, and the ARMA Houston Chapter will make a big “change” by rewarding members and vendor sponsors with Dilla Dollars for participation in Chapter activities, education, networking and projects! Yes – It now pays to volunteer! Membership (Join, Renew or Recruit a New Member to the ARMA Houston Chapter) Involvement (Attend Meetings, Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, ALHEF Chili Cook Off, ISG Activities, Social Functions such as Holiday Party, Award Banquet/Dilla Dollar Auction, Fund Raiser Donations, etc.) Development (Attend Leadership, Houston Spring, CRM, ARMA Int’l conferences. Attend any RIM seminar and Webinar, and any Project Development achieved during campaign year.) Achievement (CRM Designation Certifications, Speaking Engagements, Awards, Publish Articles, Celebrate Milestones during campaign year.) Service (BOD Position, Committee Manager, Committee Member ARMA Houston, ARMA International, ALHEF, AIEF, or OTHER Professional Organizations including Social/Civic Groups. ARMA Houston Chapter is over 450 members strong. We are the largest chapter in ARMA International. Our goal for the 2009-10 year is to obtain the coveted Chapter of The Year once again for Houston! This award is affectionately known by most as the COTY Award! Your MIDAS submissions and supporting documentation will be used for you to earn/receive REWARDS and to document the numerous ARMA Houston Chapter activities and member involvement for inclusion in the Chapter COTY Award submission. Requesting DILLA Dollars is a qualifying process requiring you to submit through the MIDAS Official Banker. It will be your responsibility to complete the MIDAS form with the appropriate categories every time you participate in an activity. Forms are due no later than April 30, 2010. Any person who submits their form prior to the deadline will receive an extra $100 Dilla Dollars. MIDAS Forms WILL NOT be accepted on the day of the Dilla Dollar event.
