Guestroom Commitment & Rates

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Moran CITYCENTRE.  Each attendee is responsible for his/her/their own reservation through the dedicated ARMA Houston Reservation link or by contacting The Moran Reservations Department at (713)429-1172.  When calling to make your reservation, please mention the ARMA Houston Spring Conference in order to receive the discounted rate of $189.00 plus tax.  Reservation requests received after April 3, 2023 will be accepted on a room type available basis at the regular room rate specified by The Moran.

Unless otherwise specified the above rates are based on one or two people in a room with one king bed.  There is an extra person charge of $20.00 per person, per night for more than two people in the same room.  Children under the age of 17 staying with a parent or legal guardian stay complimentary.

Should an ARMA Houston guest request special luggage attention there is a porterage fee of $6.00 round trip.  Gratuities go directly to the employees who are responsible for the deliveries.

The above non-commissionable rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes which are currently 17% and are subject to change without notice.

The Hotel imposes a Destination Fee of $10.00 plus tax per room/per night.  The fee includes:  WIFI, Morning Fresh Fruit/Pastry/Coffee/Tea Service, Free local and toll-free calls, 2 Bottled Waters, and use of on property fitness center.

An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

If an attendee with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, the individual's one night deposit will be forfeited or the credit card on record will be charged for one night.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

  • Hotel fitness center located on Level 3.  For a more comprehensive gym experience, Hotel Moran guests can access the facilities at Lifetime Fitness just steps away from the hotel, with a day pass for only $10/day
  • Premium Access higher speed internet connection available at a charge of $14.95 per day
  • Room deliveries available at a fee of $3.00 per room, per delivery

  • Package and box deliveries for attendees that would like to ship materials to the hotel for the conference.  Materials may be shipped for arrival two days in advance of the conference.  The hotel will store the materials in a secure location pending the attendee's arrival.  

Pricing:

  • 0-25 lbs - $10.00 per box
  • 25-55 lbs - $25.00 per box
  • 55-100 lbs and cases - $50.00 per box

  • 100 lbs (pallets) - $100.00 per box

Complimentary Self-Parking is available in the attached CITYCENTRE One parking garage.  Levels 3 and 4 offer complimentary parking for hotel guests.  Access to the hotel is located on Level 3 via the Skybridge, found in the Southeast corner of the garage.

The guest elevators are key card-controlled for your safety.  Please make sure to have your room key with you to access any floors above the lobby level.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

ARMA Houston guest may check-in to their guestrooms after 3:00pm.  Check-out time is 11:00am.
